Terms & Conditions
  1. The above-mentioned Offer 1 and Offer 2 (collectively, "Offers") are only applicable to customers ("Customers") who have subscribed to the designated package of Home Network Solution / Home Automation Solution provided by HKT Smart Living ("Service") in designated estates. Customers can enjoy one of the Offers upon completion of the installation of the Service within 180 days from the date of subscription of the Service.
  2. The promotion period of the Offers starts from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (both dates inclusive).
  3. Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("HKT") reserves the right to replace the Offers with other products of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.
  4. The Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotional offers.
  5. The Offers are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  6. The use of the Smart Voucher under Offer 1 is subject to the terms and conditions at the back of the Smart Voucher.
  7. To be eligible to Offer 2, you must be a member of The Club. The validity and use of the Clubpoints are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of The Club. For details, please refer to The Club's website www.theclub.com.hk/tnc.
  8. To enjoy Offer 2, you must confirm and authorize HKT to transmit your The Club membership account details (such as your membership number of The Club) to The Club, for the purpose of transferring the relevant Clubpoints under Offer 2 to your The Club membership account.
  9. The relevant Clubpoints under Offer 2 will be credited to your The Club membership account around 4 to 6 weeks after successful installation of the Service and your due payment of all fees and charges payable in the first bill of the Service.
  10. HKT and The Club shall not be liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss or damage or expense arising from or in connection with the Offers.
  11. HKT reserves the right to vary or cancel the Offers and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKT and/or The Club shall be final, binding and conclusive.
  12. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
