▴ "King of Speed", "King of Coverage" and "2in1 Smart Home & Wi-Fi Coverage Mastery" are solutions from Home Networking Wireless Service ("Home Wi-Fi Service"), which is a value-added service of NETVIGATOR’s core broadband service.
^ Home Networking Wireless Service Maintenance Service does not cover damage or loss caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or modification.
+ HKT shall provide a free maintenance service for "King of Multifunctional Advanced Home Wi-Fi Solution" (including the replacement of selected faulty equipment) with up to 3 onsite visits for inspection, maintenance and technical support in the 1st year of the warranty period. Upon the expiry of the warranty period, customers may be able to obtain extended warranty on the services from HKT at extra fees. Only applicable to the services and equipment which have been used in a fit and proper manner, have not been damaged as a result of misuse, negligence, abnormal power supply, fire, water, typhoon and/or other natural disasters, and have not been subject to any unauthorized alteration, modification or repair. For services or equipment outside the scope of the warranty, inspection and maintenance services may be provided at extra charge.
~ Existing Home Networking Wireless Service customers are required to adhere to certain conditions and could be charged an additional monthly fee when upgrading to other router models.
* The existing NETVIGATOR customers offer is a limited-availability offer applicable only to designated buildings and existing NETVIGATOR broadband service consumer customers who have not subscribed to Home Networking Wireless Service (who have not had any Home Networking Wireless Service provided by us running at their service installation address within three months before the date of application). Customers are required to agree to a minimum 24-month commitment period when subscribing to Home Networking Wireless service, subject to Terms & Conditions. Please contact shop staff for details.
▽ The new NETVIGATOR Fiber-to-the-Home broadband service customer offer is available only to new consumer customers at designated estates (who have not had any NETVIGATOR or LiKE1OO broadband service running at their service installation address within three months before the date of application) subscribing to a designated NETVIGATOR broadband service and agreeing to not less than a 24-month commitment period. Service must be completely installed within 30 days from the date of application. Each service installation address can enjoy this offer only once. The six months’ waiver of service fee will apply to your NETVIGATOR broadband service and Home Networking Wireless Service, commencing from expiry of the NETVIGATOR commitment period. This waiver of fee does not apply to any other service (e.g. extra services, Now TV or New Media services) you may have subscribed to as part of your application to NETVIGATOR.
