▴ "King of Coverage" are solutions from Home Networking Wireless Service ("Home Wi-Fi Service"), which is a value-added service of NETVIGATOR broadband service.
^ Home Wi-Fi performance depends on factors such as size of apartment, layout of premises, nature of construction materials and extraneous factors, as well as area of coverage specified by the customer.
> Your service plan’s month-to-month charge, applicable after expiry of your commitment period, will be at our prevailing rates. For details, please go to Public Housing / Other housing. These rates are subject to change, and HKT's decision shall be final and binding in the event of dispute.
+ The "Basic Plan" of "King of Coverage" includes provision of two routers. Customers can subscribe to an "Upgrade Plan" based on the same router model. A maximum of three "Upgrade Plans" can be subscribed to in respect of each service installation address.
v Features of the specified router model are applicable only to the Home Networking Wireless Service plan subscribed to by new customers after October 16, 2019. Network specifications apply to the router supplied. Actual speed experienced by a customer will be less than the network specifications, and wired network specifications, and will be affected by factors including your router’s network specifications, network specifications of the service you subscribe to, layout of your apartment, device used, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, plus availability of international bandwidth, as well as Wi-Fi interference and extraneous factors.
* The existing NETVIGATOR customers offer is a limited-availability offer applicable only to designated buildings and existing NETVIGATOR broadband service consumer customers who have not subscribed to Home Networking Wireless Service (who have not had any Home Networking Wireless Service provided by us running at their service installation address within three months before the date of application). Customers are required to agree to a minimum 24-month commitment period when subscribing to Home Networking Wireless Service, subject to Terms & Conditions. Please contact shop staff for details.
